Two Ready Maids provides residential and commercial cleaning services with a focus on professionalism, reliability, and quality. Clients agree to provide safe working conditions and allow access to the property at the scheduled service time.

Property Access

Clients must ensure our cleaning professionals have safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If cleaners cannot access the property, a lockout or cancellation fee may apply.

Valuables Policy

Clients are responsible for securing cash, jewelry, collectibles, and valuable items prior to service. Two Ready Maids is not responsible for loss or damage to unsecured valuables.

Missing Items Policy

Two Ready Maids takes pride in maintaining a trustworthy and professional team. If a client believes an item is missing, they must notify Two Ready Maids within 24 hours so the matter can be reviewed.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation or travel fee.

Website Terms of Use

All website content, images, branding, and materials belong to Two Ready Maids Sanitizing & Cleaning Services LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Pre-Existing Damage

Two Ready Maids is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, unstable items, or items that were previously damaged.

Clients must ensure pets are secured or properly controlled during service. Two Ready Maids is not responsible for pets that escape or become injured if not properly contained.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. Two Ready Maids reserves the right to charge late fees for unpaid invoices.

Accidental Breakage Policy

While our team takes great care in every home, accidents may occasionally occur. Clients must notify Two Ready Maids within 24 hours if damage occurs so the issue can be reviewed and addressed.

Right to Refuse Service

Two Ready Maids reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous to staff. This may include biohazards, severe pest infestations, aggressive pets, or unsafe working environments.

Service Guarantee

If a client is unsatisfied with a cleaning service, they must notify Two Ready Maids within 24 hours so the concern can be reviewed and addressed.

Delicate Surfaces Policy

Some surfaces such as marble, granite, natural stone, and wood may require special care or sealing. Two Ready Maids is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, improper sealing, or surfaces sensitive to standard cleaning practices.

Vacation Rental & Turnover Cleaning Policy

Two Ready Maids provides vacation rental and Airbnb turnover cleaning services based on the condition of the property at the time of service.

 

While our team follows detailed cleaning procedures, Two Ready Maids cannot guarantee conditions that may change after service due to guest activity or property management factors.

Two Ready Maids is not responsible for guest complaints after check-in regarding conditions that were not visible or present during the cleaning service.

Privacy Policy

Two Ready Maids respects your privacy and collects limited personal information through our website when clients submit contact forms, request quotes, or communicate with us about cleaning services.
